Great customer service! Communication was clear and frequent throughout the process, and they were flexible with scheduling when we needed to change their start date. The guys did a really nice job protecting our kitchen cabinets and explaining the repairs they needed to make. We have some very, very old pine floors and they did a great job making them look gorgeous again while preserving the antique beauty of the wood. Overall very pleased with the job.

These guys are amazing. We called them for a last minute job and they moved heaven and earth to get the work done on time for us to move in. Despite being threatened by a malignant neighbor and battling through a snowstorm, they managed to transform our cupped, yellowed, dingy floors into a thing of beauty. Don’t take my word for it. UPDATE: the day after the floors were finished, our movers dropped a heavy metal shelf, ramming it into a floor board. I gave Verrazano a call and they filled and refinished the damaged board in about 5 minutes, for free. These guys!

Had to repair large area from a radiator leak. It was all 120 year old inlay flooring. Each tiny piece done by hand. Really high quality work and a pretty good price. I’ve used them twice and would happily do so again.

We just had a completely new hallway floor installed (red oak) and polyurethane finished, and we also had the entire 1st floor sanded poly finished. The crews were courteous, neat and really did a good clean up after their work was complete. It was such a pleasure to have professionals doing the work. This is a company that stands behind its work.
