HORRIFIC SERVICE, NO OPERATOR ANSWER THE CALL INTENTIONALLY, BECAUSE THEY ARE AWARE THE DRIVER DID THE PERFECT JOB IN THE WORLD. THEY DIDNT PICK UP MY GARBAGE AT LEAST 10 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. WELL DONE, NICE JOB !

Wow just saw the video of the destruction done to the street my grandmother lives on in Brooklyn. This company should really do a better job checking up on who they hire to drive these trucks. Their employee turned their truck into a missile hurling down a crowded residential street.

This company is a joke. I am extremely disappointing. Out of 2 month, our garbage has been picked up once. It's very hard to communicated with anyone, since the phone calls are not answered all the time and no one calls back. However, they keep charging my card every month for the service they don't provide.
