You need time and patience. This location is so convenient, it has a large parking area. Their shelves are well stocked and the staff are quite knowledgeable. I find the pharmacy to be discreet and i appreciate that aspect of Walgreens.

It’s unbelievable the pharmacy closed down at 6pm with no notice hearing the pharmacist was not well. Any other day the pharmacy was line wrapping around to the back of the store every single time there is a minimum 30 minute wait on the pharmacy line they need HELP!! They closed Walgreens on East New York Avenue and there is nothing for miles. Do something!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. The pharmacists here are unbelievably incompetent and shockingly rude about fixing their OWN mistakes. I’ve ended up without medication twice in the last month because they can’t figure out how to process normal, mainstream insurance, and they’re constantly out of stock of very basic Rx meds. It takes 20 minutes for them to process a single person in the pharmacy line. It’s gotten even worse since the switch from Rite Aid to Walgreens. The cashiers and workers in front are great, but the pharmacy department is AWFUL, which is especially bad because they’re the only big pharmacy nearby. Don’t waste your time. Go literally anywhere else.

If you enjoy long lines and no costumer service help, this is the store for you! Every one of their employees looks like they don’t want to be at work, and is annoyed at questions that are just a part of doing their jobs. So many essential items are locked up, and rarely does someone respond to the costumer service button.
