Very cute store, with beautiful yarns. The customer service, however, could be much better. Not the most pleasant experience, and not helpful at all. I don't know if I'll be coming back.

I love Woolyn! I made a quick run into the shoppe as the parking meter was not working and I didn't want to get a ticket. The ladies were there assisting other customers. The first thing was that the ladies paused from what they were doing and greeted me as I came through the door. They asked if I needed any assistance; I said no because I had a skein of yarn that I previously purchased and was hoping to get more. I was informed that that particular yarn was moved to another location in the store and if I didn't see what I was looking for that they may have some in the back. The ladies did not skip a beat. They were Courteous, professional and engaging all while still servicing the customers that were there before me. In a service oriented business, courtesy is and will always be paramount.
