I am so pleased with the work performed... By way of referral I came to meet Akim, owner of Xcelent of Construction, and his team. They reconstructed our home so beautifully and fast too... The prices were great and for the work that was done... I believe I got the best and couldn’t ask for more... I’m not going to lie, there were a couple of miscommunication issues at first but Akim was only concerned with making us happy and resolved quickly any issues at hand... some of those issues were my fault I must say,,, but they remained professional and kept the integrity our project and our satisfaction at the top of their list of concerns.... I will post pictures as well of the final job and I would like to thank Xcelent construction for helping us to achieve our dream of restoring our home back to its original structure... his team works hard, they are polite and again, perform excellent work... thank you Xcelent Construction, thank you Akim and team! I look forward to working together on our next home renovation...

Akm is not an honest man. We thoroughly discussed the job at my house in front of the shower that needs to be remodeled. He lied about sending me the proposal several times even once while I was on the telephone with him. He said check your phone i just text it to you. It never came through. The day he was suppose to come over to finalize the contract - he sends me an email with a proposal. It DID NOT reflect anything we discussed nor the work necessary to complete the job. He wrote 4 task on the proposal. It didn’t give a start date nor did it state anything about warranty. I sent him an email with a list of everything we discussed at my house. I agreed on the price but not the way he wanted me to pay him. He wanted me to give him 1000 advance 2 weeks before he even starts the job. No one does that. Initially he said the job would take 3 days. Then he went up to 5-7 days. Then he said about 2 weeks! oh wait, it gets better. We agreed that he would come to my home on Tuesday afternoon. I called him at 7pm and asked when was he coming. He said it was too hot. His exact words! So it's too hot to make money. Too hot to pick up the telephone and be responsible. He didn't even bother calling me. Left me waiting. Then he said theres an issue with the items I listed. I told him your proposal reflects a repair when you know very well that its a complete remodel of the shower. He was in the middle of saying he has to charge more money for what I want. I told him he's not an honest man and hung up the telephone. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Akm is dishonest., he is not a man of his word. Says one thing and does another. AKM Zahiruddin is unreasonable, irresponsible and manipulative . Bottom line - he's a liar and can't be trusted. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF. I just saved you a lot of money, stress and time.
