Excellent, high level instruction from Anthony and Gary. Professors regularly train with students, and they constantly provide helpful feedback and adjustments. They sincerely care about their students. Laid back and friendly training environment. Supportive and welcoming towards women. Five stars!
Anthony, Gary and Oleks are all technical, well respected, and very talented coaches. They challenge students to not only perform clean techniques, but also to fully understand why and when each technique should be used. They offer specific feedback on strengths and weaknesses of your game. Students are welcoming, diverse, and from all different walks of life. So grateful I found out about this hidden jewel.
Great training for adults and kids. The instruction is meticulous and detailed. Anthony and Gary are amazing teachers who care about their students' growth, and the vibe is 100%!
