Several things need to be change and addressed to provide a decent customer services. I don't think is a problem 100% related to the employees but in the company procedures. Extremely difficult to start water services, multiples fee that many times are not discussed at front (a lot of back and forward).

I have worked closely with the general manager of this facility for quite some time now, and have nothing but great things to say about her and her team!! Her staff have welcomed my staff in with open arms and have been very easy to work with. Link Staffing loves Brookshire Municipal Water District!!!

Janie I agree and if u think they are bad; The following are just as bad. The Brookshire Post Office and B & B Foods are too. You can everyone else's mail regularly and the food you will find many can goods; bottle dressings and dairy like over a month expired.

Worse place! Only in for ur money.. 70 to reconnect & we were affected by the Hurricane asked if we could just pay the bill and wave it this one time... nope. Disconnect fee is more than our actual bill smh.
