We are very happy with this marina. Service was excellent and it was really great experience. We were able to reserve the boat for the next day despite very busy season. 4 hour trip/rental was fun and pleasant. Tons of pictures, videos, great weather. We saw dolphins swimming around our boat and following us for some time. Mike was very helpful and welcoming. I had no boating experience, he explained all basics to me and I had no problems with operating the boat at all. Next time in Naples -- we will do it again!

Have been enjoying boat rentals with Capt. Mike at Brookside Marina for over 8 years now. Always a great time when we start a day at Brookside. Boats are beautiful and clean. If you want to have some great memories with family and friends, I suggest a day out on the water starting here. Always a day to remember.
Capt Mike was great!!! He went over the chart with us and how to use the boat. Boat was clean and mechanically sound. None of the gauges worked but he had a GPS on-board that gave us heading, speed and depth so no problem there. Had the boat out for the whole day. We called him once when we lost sight of the next channel marker and he was able to look at our position and heading to to tell me were to go. We made a wrong turn coming back to dock and he text us an alert so we would not foul and possibly break the prop. Sort of like having God watching over you. Will definitely use them again in the future. Great place to get a boat.
Our family wanted to rent a pontoon boat one day for my sisters graduation weekend. The customer service was absolutely terrible!!! They don't want to talk on the phone and get very aggravated if you have any questions or concerns. The reason people have to call 4 or 5 times is because they actually hang up on you. Before booking here, make sure you are 100% on your decision. If anything comes up and you have to change the date, time, boat, etc. they will not even try to accommodate you. They are condescending and will blame you the customer. We were so thankful we rented from another company. The other company had better rates AND was more than willing to help in any way they could. Rented a boat for are family and chose Brookside Marina Boat rentals because of their reviews and their prices. Called up and spoke with Captain Mike and he answered all of our questions and really helped us decide what to do while on the boat. We made the reservation and received a conformation email with all the details and a map to their location. We arrived and Captain Mike and his staff helped us with everything to our boat and the boat was clean and in perfect condition. The boats were awesome. He put together sites for us to see and then showed us the safety equiment and how to operate the boat. We left and he took our pic!when we arrived back they helped us dock up and we were amazed on how the service was! EXCELLENT!! If you are local or a vacationer and wanting to see Naples from the water then go to BROOKSIDE Marina Boat rentals. You will be so pleased you did! Best rates and best service. My family and I have rented boats from other boat rentals in Naples and Brookside Marina is by far the best. We will be back!!
BEWARE! Even though they don't disclose it, they will charge you for your boat rental, even if you call back within an hour to cancel it. They run their business like a tourist trap. The customer service is abysmal. Instead of communicating with customers, the person in charge of the boat rental is belligerent and hangs up in the middle of rational conversation. We had THE MOST TERRIBLE experience with this company, and will not be doing business with them in the future. There are several other boat rental places in the area that are much more deserving of your business.
Best boat rental in town! Capt. Mike was very thorough in going over the boat, chart map, and rules of the water ways. Clean and comfortable boats.
Second time renter and Captain Mike did not disapoint, awesome boat, great service and the best deal in Naples. We will see you next year for sure.....Thank You for you hospitality.
