worst storage facility ever. I would pay 6 months in advance. they kept my money when i moved out in January after being robbed. Both of my motorcycle's were stolen from there secured facility. Beware this place has no cameras and could care less about your personal belongings. Very slack on getting back to you. in the 21st century and have no cameras what a joke. They will not call me back at all as well. holding 1000.00 of my money. many times the manager lied and said the check is in the mail Matt Vestal and Katie in the office could care les. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU NO LONGER WANT YOUR ITEMS.

Gene (the owner) is awesome. He's very friendly, likes to get to know you and almost never raises his rates (unless they raise his taxes or something like that). So because of that it's hard to find an available unit.

We were running around trying to find a storage unit when the one reservered screwed us over in thornton. My boyfriend came across broomfield mini storage since it was right by his job. We called and gene was so sweet and said they were closing soon but he'd leave the gate open for us and he had a unit that we could use. I highly recommend this storage facility.
