This is a great "new" restaurant, opened in April 2020. I found it while looking for our first proper date night after vaccination. Great menu - everything was fantastic. We had the polenta, gnocchi special, beef ragout, and strudel. Surprisingly, the taste I remember the most was the house-made whipped cream served with the apple strudel - it was that good! They have put a lot of thought into every detail, and it really works. We ate in one of the heated "bubbles" on the patio.

Hidden gem! The wine menu is better than any restaurant within 20 miles and very reasonably priced. Staff super friendly and the food is amazing! The muscles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious, the salmon was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Love the pod tents outside. Definitely a must!!
We finally made it to Vinca! It certainly lived up to our expectations. Our server was able to make excellent wine recommendations. We ordered the mussels, fettuccine shrimp & beef ragout (which was my favorite). Loved the homemade pasta. Everything was outstanding! We certainly would recommend Vinca and will definitely be back!
I heard about this place from Broomfield moms group so we had to try out. If you are a small group up to 10 ppl and want some privacy you can have their VIP lounge and have it only for yourself and your closest friends and family. If you are looking for amazing coffee, great wine selection and cocktails, terrific European food and friendly staff, Vinca is your place. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place. The first time I went, we ordered dinner and dessert but when we went to take a bite of the apple strudel dessert it turned out to have paper attached to the layers of dough. (The chef forgot to remove the paper on the dough before assembling the dessert.) Mistakes happen and we got the dessert removed from our bill and moved on. The second time I went was for my moms birthday. All she wanted to do for her birthday was get a special cocktail from this restaurant and wine bar. I made reservations the day before and specifically noted that we wanted to sit inside where it is warm. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated at our table. As soon as we told our server that we were only there for drinks, the owner came to our table and invited us to sit outside as we were only getting drinks and not food. When I declined, he was not happy about it. It then took 20 min for our drinks to be served to us and it was made very clear that our table was not going to get the same level of service because we weren’t ordering food. This ruined the whole outing and made us feel very unwelcomed.
