We had a rock-solid experience with Brother’s Flooring Services. From initial contact through job completion, everyone we interacted with were professional, genuinely willing to help and always had a smile. We had several quotes from companies from Annapolis to Columbia. We did not make this choice overnight but from the first step to the last we knew we selected the right partner. Brother’s Flooring Services did what they said they would do, when they said it would be done and without hiccup. The quality of the work is what you would expect from a company that cares about quality and a job well done. Stephen went above the call of duty; he takes pride in his work and it shows. He worked with us to make this project as budget friendly as possible but without veering too far from the quality we wanted to accomplish. He did an amazing job customizing the trim around our fireplace hearth, it coordinates beautifully with the flooring and the design/fit is so much better than the original! Although a small piece of the overall project it absolutely makes a noticeable difference. He made a project that is unavoidably intrusive by nature as smooth as possible and with beautiful results. We have a main floor with beautiful LVT rigid core flooring and when we are ready to do the second floor, we will be a repeat client.
Brothers Flooring did a great job! We were extremely pleased with their flooring services. The Owner, Stephen Rice is very professional. He and his installers take pride in the finished product. Stephen and his staff provide excellent customer service. He listened and explained the process in detail. He provided an itemized proposal that was easy to read. He gave a realistic estimate for timeframes and met those deadlines. The floor work was excellent and completely changed the feel of the house for the better.
I used Brothers Flooring to install hardwood floors in my new home. Not being from the area, I selected them based on reviews and the fact that they are a local business. I am looking for a one stop service where I can order the flooring and work with the same company for the installation. Brothers handled all aspects of the flooring order, install, and warrants their services. They are a local business with a "Mom and Pop" feel, you are treated like a valued customer and they will work with you to meet your budget and schedule. I was extremely happy with the quality of customer service. They provided me personalized support and even offered to store my left over flooring in their temperature controlled storage. When I later experienced a plumbing issue in my home that damaged the beautiful hardwood floors, Brothers came out to assist with replacement of the flooring with the same personalized care and quality I received during initial installation. I trust having them work in my home. I highly recommend using Brothers for all your flooring needs and will be using them as I continue to update other flooring in my home.
I could not be more pleased with the work Brother's Flooring Services performed to our 50 year old hardwood floors. Steve the owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the hardwood floor refinishing process and various stain options. His team was prompt in completing the work and was available at all times to answer any questions that came up. I will absolutely recommend their service to all my family and friends. Brothers Flooring was amazing to work with! Stephan is probably one of the hardest working people I know! He took so much time with us as we walked through designing all the rooms we needed. His products are amazing and installation is perfection. You will NOT be disappointed. The customer service and quality of the products is top notch and you will not find anything better around. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
I highly recommend Brothers Flooring if you are looking for a great installer in the Maryland area. We had them install Karndean K Trade flooring in our previously bare concrete basement. Their quote was competitive with all the others, but what set them apart was Stephen’s knowledge and ability to discuss each portion of the install. The team showed up sharply at 7am, as promised and knocked out the job. We did have a couple punch list items we noticed after they left, but Stephen got the team back out to take care of it within 2 days (on a holiday weekend). We were extremely impressed with the responsiveness, which is becoming more of a rarity in business. Lastly, Suzanne in their front office is an absolute gem. She’s fantastic to speak with and makes you feel accommodated like part of her family. We’d do business with them again without hesitation.
