Fantastic experience! I brought my sewing machine over because I thought I was experiencing an issue with the motor - turns out, it was my bobbin winder. Within a minute of showing them the problem, they identified where I was going wrong and how to fix it. No charge for the visit, and I walked away learning more in 10 minutes than hours online and on YouTube had been able to teach me. I will 100% come back!
