Brothers Sew &Vac cleaned and serviced my Kenmore sewing machine. They do a great job! Plus, they give advice, such as the brands of thread to buy (and to avoid!), and the sizes of sewing machine needles that work best on your machine.

My dogs demonize my vacuums, I have to have solid working vacuum. My last vacuum a Pansonic was great but can't get parts for it. The shark worked great until it didn't, had it less than 7 months. Plus I hate bagless, they are great but I would go bagged anytime. I learned my lesson with run of the mill big box store, cheap vacuum aka the shark. I called and ended up buy Fuller brush canister type vacuum. I'm really happy with this, the cleaning on this is top notch.

The owner of this store was kind, extremely knowledge, and fixed my Hoover in 30 minutes for less than 30!!! I thought it was toast and was preparing myself to spend hundreds on a new vacuum. This shop is one of those local small business gems that I love supporting. Ones where the owners really take pride in their business and have so much more product knowledge that the big box stores and Amazon just can’t provide.

I took my Singer sewing machine here after a guy in Bethesda said I was just using the wrong thread. This place kept it a week, troubleshot, and fixed it so it worked better than it ever had. He also took the time to explain why I needed to adjust the thread tension every time on a computerized machine, and helped me understand a few other things about my machine. I definitely will be back for cleaning and servicing.

Great store! Went there with an issue with my mom's sewing machine and the gentleman there just fixed it right on spot and didn't even charge me anything! He even told me what the issue is and the options on dealing with it.
