I bought a GMC YUKON. I was looking everywhere for that car with specific features. Dealership was about 2 hours away from home and I ended up getting a good deal for it. I had a couple of issues with the car that needed to be addressed and Duane took care of it until I was satisfied with the repairs. They gave me a loaner car too so I wasn’t out of a vehicle while the repairs were being done. Not a big fan of the salesperson that I ended up with but the managers stepped up to make things right and that’s all that matters. Am very happy with my car.

The sales manager is intimidated by a woman who is educated and not to be ripped off. 60k miles on a 2014 is STANDARD genius. NOT worth an additional 5k. You cost your sales guy a paycheck today. Great manager you are. Calling your customers names is stupid considering commission is how you base your income. THIS SIR IS AGGRESSIVE. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would have. Just got the car, only driven it a couple times. Bought something older but low mileage and good condition. Tim was open to negotiation and it seemed like he fought for us during the negotiation dance. We got the price we needed to in order to buy the same day, and my wife and I are happy. Finance was very skilled in selling techniques, and was a bit aggressive in suggesting the extra warranty, but I think any dealership will do this at the price point and age we were buying the car. We passed on the warranty and are happy with the decision, at least for now. Last thing: I didn't notice, we only got one remote key fob and the other key was no remote. Maybe I should have asked about it but it would have been nice to have this pointed out during the sales process. Hoping they'll hook us up with a second remote key! If they do, I'll definitely change this to 5 star.

Always have been treated very well by staff and salesman. Lifetime power train is the reason we purchase from them. Service department is slow so drop off is recommended but I trust everything they say so definitely worth the time.
