Wow! This Urgent Care is absolutely fabulous! The staff was gentle in their approach and super friendly. Dr. Douglas Mayer is personable, patient, and very knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed by the doctor and was so pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. The office was clean and the parking lot was cleaned from snow making parking easy. We registered online for COVID-19 testing and the website was user friendly and accurate with available times. I was so happy to find this place and the drive was worth the experience. My children were also seen and I was very pleased by the experience. They even had a treasure box with goodies for them to choose. Plus complimentary mini hand sanitizers!

My visit was very fast and they took very good care of me. I am very happy with the service that I received. And will definitely go back if I need urgent medical attention again.

I was so delighted with the service. Wait time was extremely short. Office was well organized and patient room were immaculate. On line registration was also excellent. The staff was so pleasant to deal with, they showed patient and concern for my problem. I drove 14 miles one way, just to see how I would be treated and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this facility. I would have given it a ten stars if that was available.

I live quite far from this urgent care and I still drive all the way there whenever I need one. They are always on time and courteous. The physicians and nursing staff always thoroughly explain what they are doing and take the time to understand your problem. 10/10 recommend to everyone

I had come here with some minor needs and I was treated well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A luxury we don't commonly see these days. It was refreshing. The doctor sat down and explained everything to me very clearly and was attentive to my situation. This was an overall pleasant experience.
