Took our old pop-up camper in for the lift system. Although it took several weeks for the parts to come in (Due to Covid) the service department called me on a regular basis and kept me up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got it back today and so far I'm very happy with their work. Looking forward to camping season.

This is the second camper we purchased this year with General RV. The process was smooth, and handled extremely professional! Becky was was our salesperson for both purchases and all I can say is WOW! She is as good as they get! Don't waste your time going anywhere else, General RV treats there customers exactly how every other RV dealer wishes they could!

So pleased with this place! Front desk was awesome. Everyone was friendly, helpful and everything was to us about pricing. They dealt with the 'Extended Warranty' company for us and what wasn't covered by them, General RV fixed and were VERY reasonable! Will return for any and all future RV repairs!!

If you’re looking for a wonderful facility to purchase an RV, General RV Brownstown is it. The staff is courteous, kind, caring. Their customer service is awesome! The staff go the ‘extra mile’ to make sure the customer is comfortable & satisfied. My husband Pete & I recently purchased our first RV, a ‘gently used’ Jayco 5th wheel. The staff have provided excellent accommodations for our RV, as we are awaiting to wrap up a couple things on our end. **Kudos to Angel (delivery coordinator), Chris (salesman), Kiel (finance rep), Jake (delivery spec)!! What an amazing staff to work with! Thank you!!**
