He does not tell the patient about what his plans are for treatment .I have never had a Dr that was this rude & insulting. Wait time is way too long , 2 - 4 hours every time !! There are more organized and efficient clinics any where but this ACE clinic is unprofessional & the male receptionist was rude to me every visit .he refused to schedule a CT scan at Valley Regional Medical Center. He told me he didn't have time for Valley Regional & told me to do it myself .it took me only 5 minutes to schedule at VRMC. Very dissatisfied with this Dr .I will not return .

Less then a star. Wait time is horrible unprofessional staff , dirty facilities and the PT area is horrible one small room for everyone to share no privacy what do ever. Most of the staff was on the cell phone and the other half looked like they just got out of jail. I will not be returning here for sure. I will drive 2.5 to San Antonio where I would be treated like a patient after all I am paying you for a service.

He is one of the best pain doctors i have come across. He treated me for my back problems and severe shoulder pain. He is very accurate in knowing your condition and helps you with the best treatment needed. I would suggest him in a heart beat thank you Dr. Surya Raguthu @ Ace pain management.
