Brownsville PD really came through for my family during this winter storm to do a wellness check on my grandma. They even had the foresight to send a female officer so my grandmother would not get overwhelmed or scared. I’m so grateful for their quick and efficient response, they put my grandmother on the phone and thank goodness all is well. Thank you again, Brownsville PD! Amazing work!

My recent stay was alright. It's easy to book a reservation but hard to cancel. They serve really good lobster & shrimp Also, it kinda needs a renovation...open up some walls , give it an 'open-floor' feel to it. I would recommend a stay here!

It’s been two weeks and my police report still isn’t done. The officer that came to the scene was very kind but took almost an hour to arrive (no it wasn’t an emergency). Mostly displeased with how long it’s taking for me to get a report & how the clerk seems to not want to help through the process of finding out when I should receive the report. Hopefully this is the first and last time I have to deal with brownsville police
