GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Francisco “Paco” Hernandez and the Sales Manager went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible! From the beginning, Paco and the sales manager were honest and transparent, which I appreciate in a salesperson. Both Paco and the sales manager ensured I was comfortable and in agreement with my purchase. The Entire sales team and financing I dealt with today made sure I received the best service/deal. I ended up with a great purchase on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma! They made me feel right at home and answered all my questions. Paco was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him if you are looking for your next vehicle! I was only going to browse at the inventory and found my next vehicle. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into a sale. My family’s buying experience from Brownsville Toyota was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!!! From the time we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted and treated with great professionalism and our car buying went very smoothly!!! Justin Galvan was the person who helped us and he was very attentive and showed us the perfect car we were looking for and after that the signing of the paperwork and the buying went very smooth as well, the young lady that assisted us Carolina was very patient and explained everything in detail, and answered all the questions we asked. We love our car!!! and I am recommending everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to go with Brownsville Toyota first!!!️ They will not regret it!!!

FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE From the very beginning, Mike Garza (salesman) and Gus De Leon (Sales Manager) were absolutely great and transparent which I feel is uncommon for car dealerships. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable about the Tacoma I bought. Answered all my questions promptly and even showed me somethings I didn't know. Gus was instrumental in ensuring I was getting the best deal and man did I ever! Even after a misconception with the truck, Mike and Gus rectified the issue quickly and made that 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership worth the trip. I honestly felt right at home at the dealership. Super friendly. Shoot they even got me lunch after they realized how long I had been there haha. That was a first! Since I drove in with a rental, I needed to turn it in after the sale was complete. Mike was awesome enough to escort me to the airport and gave me a ride back. Truly fantastic customer service and even better buying experience through and through. I'm not even into Toyotas like that. I prefer Ford but man with an experience like that I might think 2x next time. Thanks again!!!

I took my truck for repairs & oil change. The representative that attended me was outstanding. Anything that needed to be taken care of he made sure it was taken care of correctly. The Technicians made several minor errors like not replacing bottom protection pan, radiator plastic, or fixing coolant leak. But after I took the truck back with Martin he made sure all was taken care of. I’ve had the truck back now for a week and it has no leak. The truck has been working great! I give Martin Rodriguez a 5 star rating for exceptional customer service and the technicians get a 3 star for not paying attention to the details mentioned. If it wasn’t for Martin, it would of been a lower rating. For the oil change report I was disappointed with the technician Enrique for reporting my front breaks needed replacement scoring 2mm low. I checked the breaks and were at good condition with much life in them which should have scored at the 12-7mm high. This is not the representatives fault although techs need to pay attention to detail and not generate false reports. Overall, wrongs made right by representative Martin Rodriguez.
