The service was great! Very friendly and professional staff. We were immediately greeted at the door and were given a 5-10 minute wait time which turned out to be closer to 5 minutes. Hand sanitizer is available at the door as you walk in. They social distance and it looks like they are limiting their capacity safely. All staff wears masks. I observed staff disinfecting the tables between customers which set my mind at ease regarding this COVID-19 virus not being on the surface of my table (and any other type of bug really). Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating with our order and anticipated our needs. Except for some extra ice, we didn’t have to ask for anything! They brought our order out quickly despite a crazy number of to go orders coming in from what I could see. The on duty manager checked in on us and made sure all was good. The margarita was perfect for me. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The staff is young, the vibe is relaxed, overall a very comfortable experience.

I was pretty disappointed with both the food and the service. I definitely like the HEB sushi better than the ones I ordered at the restaurant and I'm NOT a picky eater!! I wouldn't eat here again for sure.

Tried something new which was their Sake warm and liked it. Then for food had mixed udon noodles with beef, shrimp and veggies. The cosmos roll which had Octopus, shrimp, crab, cream cheese, avocado, tempura, sesame seeds with sweet sauce. It was all delicious. Trying something new again next time. My condiments were eel sauce, spicy mayo and spicy sauce.

I got to the establishment at 830 pm. I was never greeted at the door it was like I was purposely ignored. A gentleman came and asked if I would like to place an order. He said, let me grab the host and she will take the order. Then came back and 10 minutes later to tell me the kitchen was closed. This was super unprofessional and the closing time is 9pm. I got there at 830 and this is unacceptable. I’m a business owner myself, and I’m hope the owner hears about this because I will never go back after this experience.

My whole family love this place, that's my husband, myself and my seven children. We have tried this one and the one in McAllen, and I must say the Brownsville location is by far way better than the one in McAllen by Barnes and Noble. The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They served us fairly quickly despite the fact that we were a big family. I highly recommend this place.
