The staff members that work at the front desk checking patients in are some really rude people. I was treated badly by some tall lady with glasses and loud voice. As I sat and waited to be called in, I couldn't help but notice that the majority of patients waiting inside the lobby were very elderly and they also were treated and talked to very rudely. These employees need to take a step back and realize that they need to be alot nicer and professional. No reason to be \GRINCHES\!

Terrible customer service! Extremely indifferent and inconsiderate of ones time. The appointment is simply an imaginary time slot you reserved, that isn't respected at the least.
I would give them a 5 stars, but is not available. They are the worst customer service. The phlebotomy personal need more training, they poke several times my daughter's arm, and got to the point that; I had to refuse to keep her getting hurt. I suggest the physicians who send their patients to this place, to think twice.
