I really like this place. The ladies are super helpful. I needed to find bridesmaid dresses, and they took the time to go through their catalogs with me, making sure that the dresses came in my colors. I was very impressed with the time and effort they gave me. I definitely recommend this place!

Didn't even want to help us. They were not polite,didn't want me to try on dresses.really bad experience she said everything was to big and I was to small for the dresses
Do not waste your time or money here. I was so excited to begin my journey searching for the perfect wedding dress and Lupitas Bridal was my first stop. I entered and a lady at the end of the shop looked up, saw me and then looked back down to check her phone without acknowledging me. I had to approach her, greet her and explain that I was looking for a wedding dress. She went to the back and just handed me 2 magazines with wedding dresses, as if she was doing me a favor, instead of showing me the dresses that were in the shop. This place lacks customer service, I left and spent my money somewhere else, and as many of you soon to be brides know wedding dresses are not cheap, so spend your money elsewhere.
I recommend this place! They have a variety of dresses and prices! They have extremely beautiful dresses! Beautiful ramos, crowns and etc! Good customer service! I found my perfect Quinceañera dress! They have a variety of dresses for every formal occasion!
1 star and only because you need a star to post. Worst customer service ever. If I’m spending 800 on a dress I want to see what it looks like on, you don’t expect to go into a dress shop and find a dress to your exact size which is why you are going into a shop so you can try it on to see if you like the style and then order the dress. what kind of bridal shop tells you “well if you like what it looks like then that’s what you get” why make the trip, I could have looked at home online. Save yourself a trip don’t shop here.
