I PLACED AN ORDER ON e-bay. THIS STORE REPRESENTED THAT THEY HAD 10 ITEMS IN STOCK. IN THE ORDER I REQUESTED THAT THEY CONFIRM THAT THE ITEM WAS NEW AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING BEFORE SHIPPING. THEY TOOK 3 DAYS TO ANSWER AND RESPONDED THAT THE ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED. THEY SHOWED SHIPPING 2 DAYS LATER WITHOUT AND FED-EX INFORMATION. I REQUESTED THE ORIGINAL INFORMATION AND UPDATED SHIPPING INFO. 3 DAYS LATER , FOR A TOTAL OF 10 DAYS THEY SENT AN EMAIL THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO DAMAGED OR UNAVAILABLE PART. TERRIBLE SERVICE, IRRESPONSIBLE INVENTORY CONTROL AND MISREPRESENTIVE MARKETING.

Don't waste your time here. This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The emoloyees are rude and seem to not even want to deal with any customers since they left their open sign on \closed\ and had a bike lock on the door.

I saw bad reviews on this site after I ordered from them and was surprised. I worked with them online and had a problem that had nothing to do with them or their product. They were GREAT to work with. Quick and responsive. NO worries dealing with them.

Went in looking for a grinder. The guy inside was very rude. Couldn't touch any product or even take it out of the box to look at it. Never again will I go in there or even look at another dewalt product again.

They cannot even make you a copy and that's because they needed the copy for themselves to do the warranty
