We purchased a charm online and received an email that stated we can call for curbside assistance at pick up. Rather than go and call while out there we called prior to leaving the house to confirm this info. The young lady who answered the phone advised me they didn't have curbside so I then asked if my husband could go in the store instead of me as I don't go in public places due to the pandemic. I was advised that it would be no problem and all he needed was the receipt with order info. When he got there he was told he could not pick up & not one of the many ladies there fessed up to being the one that gave me the wrong info over the phone. I called at 5:20 & my husband got in the store at 5:45 so unless they suffer from whatever TEN SECOND TOM suffered from in 50 First Dates I find it hard to believe they forgot they had that conversation with me. Employees that lie and give false information that cause inconveniences are the reason we will not be shopping reeds again.

Very happy with my new Regal Heart padlock bracelet! It’s so beautiful. I went into the store super quick during my lunch hour and the sales rep was so kind, Kimberly helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was very fast and extremely friendly. I added a lovely safety chain to my bracelet and loved the combo so much that I had to buy one for my mom & my sister as well! Will definitely be going back to purchase more charms for the three of us!
