If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don’t get off to deliver my package, they say the address is wrong every single time then I go and say my info is right that I possibly have a dog they say, IM ALLERGIC TO CATS AND DOGS! Get new delivery people!!

Worst customer service ever, tried to pick up the key for our new vacation home that my husband ordered a couple weeks ago, they told him that I can pick, both names are in the bills and home, when I tried to pick up the employee asked me if I live there. the home is my vacation home and my mom is now living there during the Covid 19 pandemic, now the employee want me to change document to my mom name for her to pick up. I own the house and need the key for the mail, employee very rude and make me feel uncomfortable. Very little knowledge and did not provide details. Don’t know the name of the employee

Went to pick up a package after getting an email from the supplier saying that it was ready to be picked up from my local post office. Employee at pick up was NOT helpful- kept repeating that my package wasn't attempted delivery that I needed to wait for a otification\(???) saying to come pick it up. I don't know how much clearer I could've been saying \the package is here and the email said that I can come pick it up.\ Staff is a joke. I waited in line for 30 minutes at risk of my health with COVID19 and my diabetes to have my package held hostage for a otification\ that doesn't exist.
