Very poor customer service here . I notice last time a delivery person was picking up an order the guy working there try's to give a cup to her and from where I was standing it look like he want her to go get the drink for the delivery order the driver refuse. I tell my husband why would he do that she just open the door didn't wash her hands she's gonna contaminate the drinking area and the driver also said the same thing to him.
After having a bad experience with a wing barn at a different location, I thought I would never eat at a wingbarn again. Am I glad that didn't happen. Friends ordered wingbarn to go while visiting them and it happened to be from this precise location and it changed my whole perspective. I'm not a wing person, I'm not. But when it comes to these wings, yeah I can become a wing person. Plus their menu, has so many other options for comfort food, it's great when you want to switch things up. Plus so many wing flavors to choose from. And their fries!!!! Okay, sometimes they come out burnt and I think it's either a new cook or being fried in old oil that needs to be changed. But they have always been cordial and swapped them out in the few instances this has occurred. And my other concern is if you do get large fries to dine in, they are much smaller than if you ask them to go. Do what you want to do with that information, you're welcome. Despite those little hiccups, I mean it hasn't stopped me from ordering frequently. This location really did change the whole, I'm never eating at a wingbarn again. And I'm glad it did. So that's why I still give it a 5 star.
Ok so the food is good, but the wait time is so erratic. One day you'll wait 10 minutes another you wait 45. If you're hungry, get ready to be upset with the wait.
I love to go eat at wing places and wing barn is one if my favorite places to eat wings. I usually order the buffalo mixed with lemon pepper flavors yum! I really like the antique designs of the restaurant and the restrooms are clean which is always a plus. the staff is also very friendly. The orders usually take a while however it is worth the wait.
