This area Post office socks. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get or send mail. Sent a card one time the recipient said it got there a month later this was during the summer.. all you get is EXCUSES FROM THEM!

I visit the Brownwood, TX Postal Service Center at least TWICE monthly. Ms. Lilly, Sara and Mr. Smiley are always warm and welcoming. There is also another extremely nice and helpful clerk, but sadly I can't remember her name at present. The entire team at this location are always nice, kind, caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, take initiative to find options that work best for me and are just all-around a great group of individuals. The pandemic has been especially difficult for us all to adapt to, but they have been available for us each and everyday. In addition to such, they never forget to ask about me personally and actually care....it's not just \part of what they do as employees\. It's not always about business, they care about \people as people\! They make my visits a welcome break to the day-to-day norm of hustle-n-bustle. GREAT JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!
Horrible service
I come here often enough to write my review of this place. I'm never here long so that says something. I'm in and out, in a decent time even when it's kind of crowded. Staff are friendly and they know what they're doing. I have had problems with the drivers however in the past, 3 packages were delivered to the wrong address about 4 houses down, I called them up and one of the ladies even came out to my house to help me search for the house it was delivered to.
Local mail management facility. It is as efficient as the federal government allows. If you want your office posted then visit the post office.
