Amazing experience with friendly staff and fashionable, reliable apparel for the outdoors! The equipment is well kept and up to date and they provide a variety of options for length and difficulty on the trips. We tried the 1.5 hour one with class 2 rapids - super fun with a little bit of a thrill but all is relatively mild. We wish we would have gone for longer! Great views and such a beautiful river. Also an amazing cost for such an adventure! Definitely a must do when in the area or when looking for things to do around Duluth.

This was great! For me the price is a little too high to rent all the time. And they add extras on the weekend but over all friendly service

I’ve been on similar river trips in Oregon and North Carolina, and this ranks with the best of them. Friendly company, great service and a really beautiful river. We’ll be back to kayak it again!

Best part was the river and the equipment was good. Was not impressed with the staff though. Didnt talk much and explain things at all. Ask the girl at desk for directions to landing and she stumbled and said she didn't know after telling us the directions on the sheet were wrong I told my wife lets just follow the van pulling the kayaks. Amazing she couldn't mention that. Then she charged us 40 per kayak when the web site said it was 28 per kayak! I called and pretty sure I got the same socially inept worker at the front desk said they raised the prices last week! Raised the prices half way through the season! Strange indeed! You would thing price changes would happen at the beginning of the season! False advertising. When we got to the landing the guy just dropped are kyaks at the top of the hill and didn't say anything. I had to ask him which kayak was ours as there was many laying around. On the web site it stated that the workers would get you in the water off and running. Me and my wife are older and those kayaks aren't lite. No complaints about the river though, it was a blast!

Very friendly staff and a good price. The trip from stones bridge to highway 2 is a LONG trip and slow for a majority of the 12.5 mile paddle. The scenery is beautiful along this easy stretch of the Brule river. This is a great trip for inexperienced canoeing or kayaking.
