Small shop with emphasis on customer service. Not just a repair shop bit they sell used bikes. I bought one there and was and still impressed about the quality of the motorcycle I purchased.
I have taken my bike to Southern Thunder exclusively. I have never had a mechanical problem what do ever. They always do an inspection and let the owner know of any problems or possible problems. Great experience every tome

had an accident with my ultra classic. they came and got it from my house- good service . Insurance company ok'ed work and sent me a check right away. Here's where it went wrong. I called and ok'ed work. 30 days later ST calls me asking for the money so he can order parts. I assumed he did business like every one else. Do the work and get paid. I was annoyed i lost 30 days waiting and offered to pay for all the parts so they had no out of pocket expense. ST wanted ALL money BEFORE they did any work. Against my better judgement I paid them in full- labor and material plus my deductable beforehand. Waited another 30 days for parts. Finally - job completed- they did a great job however when i picked the bike up i was told i owed another 178 dollars. this came out of my pocket instead of insurance - he said he forgot tax on parts. Just not a professional experience. Take it or leave it attitude Will not go back
