I had a great experience and it started when I met Garret S. Who met me at the door. He greeted me and asked what I was looking for then we went on a walk to see a few vehicles. I wanted a 4x4 truck so at first I looked at a Tacoma, next a Tundra which I didn't know has a few versions depending on what your likes / needs and or wants are. The one I purchased was a Tundra Pro and a beauty she is. Total time there was probably 3 hours and that was due to me looking at a few different versions of the truck to see which one I wanted. The process was painless, Ali in finances is great and so are the employees there. You know your deal is done when you hear the bell ring. Thanks to Garret and Ali plus management for the experience.

I negotiated a great deal and was excited about my purchase. Unfortunately at the closing table the price was higher. It’s like the sales person ignored all the parts of our conversation that had to do with the price, and just said “OK” or “we can make a deal” like I would not notice the higher price when it came time to sign the paperwork. I chalked it up to miss communication and walked away from the deal. A few days later I tried again on another vehicle and she did it again, I went to sign the price was higher than we discussed. I prefer to shop local, but I can’t do business with people I can’t trust.

Our experience was amazing. Not pushy at all. My husband and I went in looking for a Four Runner and our salesman was Trevor Russ. He was the best. The whole team there was amazing. Very easy process. I would also like to mention Zeeshan Devani. He is the finance manager. I usually dread this part but he made the process so quick and simple. Thank you to the entire team.

Wish I could leave this place negative stars. Drove a hour to look at this truck and waited another 30 minutes to see it. Cheyenne, shows me one of the most disgusting trucks I’ve ever seen like I wouldn’t notice. This truck was disgusting and didn’t have the options of the one I looked at online. Plus it had dings and scratches. Two pictures show the nice truck I went to see. I can’t stand liars!
