This is worse than mcdonald's wifi, it's extremely slow, it goes out istg every other 2 days, the connection is not good. It seems whenever u NEED it most it decides to not be good regardless of you being home alone or having multiple devices on it. It's a shame that it costs money to pay for something that is defective.

Switched from spectrum, after 2 months of daily dropped service, technician visits, they could never resolve the problem... When I call to cancel service I was told by the lady that many people on this side of town get dropped and slow speeds because too many people are using it in the evening! The good news is I did get my installation fee back, but I had to be aggressive and ask for it.... Back to spectrum, no issues... I only changed initially because I like everything being on one bill...

The fact that they charge a \convenience fee\ to pay online in 2017 is a joke. And now they won't even accept cards at the window. Must be nice to be a monopoly.
