You need to scale in and scale out at their specific scale they use 5 miles away. 5 miles there, for loaded ticket, 5 miles back to get unloaded, 5 miles back to scale empty ticket, and 5 miles back to get BOL. It’s 20 extra miles onto your trip, close to an hour extra time, and the scale ticket is your cost out of pocket. Trucks get paid a price per mile to get here, these added costs, miles and time are not worth it. This is a pretty dead area for loads so you need time to drive far for the next load and this process they have is a waste of that time. One and done, have fun with this one.

I won't give them a low rating because I have never personally been inside the facility. Just filled out an application. Idk they say they're hiring all the time. I call to check on my application every week and I've yet to have a call back. I've probably called 15 times . I figured that'd be enough to get an interview at least but still no call back . Discouraging.

They're fast at unloading but you have to drive 5 miles to scale empty and 5 miles loaded before they sign your bol. Don't scale before you arrive they make it do it all over again...I ended up walking 4 times...smh
