How are you even in business? I dropped my trailer off FOUR MONTHS ago to get a new tarp put on (8 week lead time). I called multiple times to follow up, being told they were working on it or that so&so would call me back and they never did. Picked up the trailer this week, still no tarp...

These guys were awesome, bailed me out of a wiring issue with a rental trailer. The guy at the parts counter gathered the stuff I needed to made an adapter for the trailer lights and offered great prices on the parts.20min after I pulled In, I was able to drive off with working trailer lights.

Drove three counties away for trailer parts. 4 hubs and 2 brakes for a 20K gvwr trailer. They turned me away at the door, because I didn't have a mask. They aren't even doing masks in my county. Gooseneck has lost all my business now. What a waist of time. They must not need walk In business I guess. Just sorry people working there.
