I have called and used their chat service for two days straight with no response. I just looked at the return policy and they are not accepting returns. This wasn't mention on the page where I select the item for my shopping cart or during the check out process. While the product itself looks to be of the quality represented on the website, the balance of the experience has been less than satisfactory.

Ordered a Lift hard hat that the web site said was in stock. I placed the order and paid for 3 day shipping . After waiting 5 days I emailed them only to hear back that it was out of stock and that they had to order it from another vendor. So not only me my co-worker ordered the same hat but full brim and he still waiting as well . So I give this site one star only because I have to so I can post this review . Web site says they built good family values not so sure about that . Well be warned I told you my experience. Be safe out there and GOD bless .
