I paid them to come out and fix my heat. The guy installed the wrong battery in my furnace after my instructing him not too do anything until I got a price and he cut the wires in my Furnace. He told me that I would need a brand new system and it would cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. I had another guy come out the same day (Today 12/24/20) and he fixed my system in 30 minutes and confirmed that wires had been cut that may effect my furnace (Photo Below). If you all do not refund what I paid you and what it cost to ACTUALLY GET IT FIXED! I WILL BE TAKING YOU TO COURT! Why you would do this to someone on Christmas Eve I Don't know but shame on You!

A-Plus Heating provided excellent service. They gave me an arrival time window and kept it. The day before another technician checked my furnace, which was not heating, and indicated it was \filling my home with carbon monoxide\ and that the furnace needed to be replaced. My family ecouuraged me to get a second opinion. I AM GLAD I LISTENED. Mr. Earl Smith's assessment from A-Plus Heating was not the same as the first technician's. He, along with Washington Gas found no evidence of monoxide. Additionally, Mr. Smith informed me I absolutely did not need a new furnace. He had my furnace up and running in less than 5 minutes. I am a senior citizen and I am very thankful for Mr. Smith and A-Plus heating.

I am beyond pleased with this company. We had a tricky problem and it took some time but their dedication and timeliness to squeeze us in during the busy summer months is more than we could ask for. The admin team along with the techs have been phenomenal in efforts, work, and the final fix. I will continue to get the yearly maintenance plan and will refer as many as I can. Great work guys!

I commend A-Plus Service Experts for its professional, courteous approach to providing service and customer care. I had the need for a same day air conditioning visit this past week (temperatures in the 90's each day), when my system stopped cooling. Tracie, who I spoke to, was very helpful in identifying a technician in my area, and making an appointment the same morning. Earl arrived on time, and quickly identified the problem and provided the cost to resolve. His total time in my home, including tune-up and cleaning (in addition to replacing a blown capacitor) was only about 30 minutes. I made payment by credit card to Wendy in the office, who was very accommodating, allowing for this contact-less way of paying. What could've been an issue (particularly during this time of working from home and confinement), was solved quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all involved!
