My wife and I bought our shed from Mr Carvell and we had a great experience. He and his staff were very friendly and informative. It was delivered when promised and set up/ positioned exactly as we wanted! Very happy with our experience!
Carvell came all the way to Oxon Hill to relocate a shed that was in my yard. A small project, but he was extremely professional and took the time to make sure that I was happy with the new siting and the shed would be level. He was willing to work with my schedule and easy to communicate with. I am grateful to Carvell for his help.
First tried to use the contact method on the web site. 3 days and no response. Try it again with another no response. Drove to the location to talk with them. Inquired about a garage that is displayed on their website. I was told they would have to do a site survey and it would cost 30. Left contact information. Several days later I received a voicemail saying they were not going to be involved in building garages right now. They advertise garages and have them on their web site. Seems a little shady. Customer service is not responsive. I would be Leary of this place.
