Put down a deposit on gym equipment (over 5k) in October. I was told at that time balance would be due when the items arrived. Just went (in February) to check on the order. Jeff was flippant and told me the “new policy” was that only fully paid orders would be held until all equipment arrived. It’s been 4 months they’ve held my deposit and no arrival in sight. Watch out people...

The problem is not with the store - it is getting service after the equipment is installed. My elliptical was delivered In September is is now not working. I called on Saturday and again Monday - and now on Thursday for the first time I am hearing from the local service scheduler who says it might be days before anyone can even speak to me about scheduling service. And then it may be 10 days before I can get service. I have spent so much time just trying to reach someone! I bought a top of the line machine - at what I thought was a good local business- but that does not seem to be the case.

Customer service lacks professionalism. I was prepared to spend quite a bit on two machines but my measurements were tricky. After a few pleasant exchanges I agreed to purchase the equipment with the understanding that I could return if it didn’t fit. At the time of ordering I reminded the salesperson of the measurements and reaffirmed that it would be taken out at no charge if it didn’t fit. The salesperson literally told me to buy it elsewhere. I believe they are used to wealthy customers outfitting elaborate gyms and someone willing to spend 4K wasntvworth the hassle. I was insulted and will never use that company again.
