My wife's grandmother died this morning. She's in England and we cannot attend the funeral (COVID). As you can imagine, my wife went looking for that ONE picture she loves. Gone. Maryanne (sp?) got me an 8x10, 4x6 and copied old film to digital. My wife isn't home yet, but this will brighten an otherwise awful day. Outstanding service. Even helped me pick the right frame.

It's okay. Not that bad. I expect more hospitality. Not sure if they judge a books by It's cover but I'm a heavy spender when 8t comes to photography. I normally deal with 1 person and that person wasn't there that day, the other workers there wasn't saying much and act if they didn't wanna help me just some short answers after me asking questions.

I have been a customer at the Camera Shop for several years now, and the customer service and professionalism is excellent. I do have to recognize Katie Montgomery, an exemplary employee of the store. She is extremely creative ..... full of amazing ideas and has gone far beyond my expectations.

I enjoyed my experience here today on a Friday morning. The associate, Lou, was very polite, knowledgeable, nice and friendly. Lou helped me with my dad's 35mm camera. I was unsure how to take the film out of the camera. I watched videos on Youtube to assist me with this task. But to no avail, I needed hands-on assistance. Enter Lou, who took his time, expertly showed me how to unload the film and voila the film door opened up. If you ask me to duplicate this process, forget it, lol, I could not. Thank God for people like Lou, who didn't mind not one bit. I tried to pay Lou, but Lou wasn't having it. He said that I would be paying to have the film developed and that was only 10.60. I will definitely return as I saw a light and stand that I could use for my fitness and dance videos. Great experience! I will be back!!!!

Clean, and organized camera store. A recent interaction with a staff member however turned me off with this store. Good news is there are a few really good camera shops in the area.
