Rose and Chuck are awesome!!! We've had a cabin in Bryson City for over 15 years and we walked into their office at 2PM, and by 4:30 the technician had our HD TV's up and running and remotes programmed. Couldn't have asked for better service. Apparently between them they have over 50 years of experience. Highly Recommended.
Pleasant staff did not utilize service
I just got the new Dishnetwork Hopper installed at my house. I was very happy with Bryson City Electronics. The ladies in the office are very pleasent to talk to and very noligable. The installer is very professional, he doesn't just drop the receiver in your house he actually shows you how to use this equipment, for those of us who are not technalogically inclined. He is nice, respectful, and trustworthy. Overall, they were excellent and I would definitly use them again.
