Got some Bad Gas on last fill but nobody has ever heard of bad gas at Co Alliance. Just make me burn this yellow stuff and not come and take care of the problem Bad Gas!

It's January 2014, right in the middle of the propane shortage. I've had the privilege of being a Co-Alliance customer. I know they're under tremendous pressure finding propane for their customers. I've talked with them twice during this crisis and they could not have been more helpful, empathic and courteous. I know they are getting slammed with calls and complaints about the rising cost of propane but that's the blessing of living in America, everything is driven by Supply and Demand. So deal 2with the rising cost and be glad they are doing it to protect supplies.They are doing their very best to serve us and I couldn't be happier they are the ones handling my propane needs, especially during this uncertain time.
