Far exceeded my expectations. Kent Cantrell, at the Bobcat store of Buckeye, made the process very easy and satisfactory. You can truly say that he went out of his way to help me save money and understand all the different equipment available and what I really needed to purchase for my company. I purchased a new E42 excavator and a bunch of different attachments for a E42 and S570 skid steer. For future equipment needs I will call Kent for an honest opinion. Thank you!

I met with Josh, the equipment rep for my area, an energetic and fiery guy whom I knew to work the parts counter in previous years. I found out Josh was recently promoted and this didn't surprise me at all. I had many questions, mainly financial and terms questions, and a few technical questions later, but he had the answer ready almost before I was done asking, and the few that were questionable, he got answers for me right away. It was a simple and painless purchase, and it was signed, sealed and delivered within 24 hours. There were no bumps in the carpet, no surprises, no gimmicks. Josh was full of energy and worked it out quickly to meet my needs. I couldn't be happier with the tractor and the experience. Not high pressure, very low key, and someone I would definitely recommend to others.
