Minimal to non-existent inventory of trailers onsite. Only one cargo trailer seen on lot. Waited over 15 minutes to speak with a sales person but we were never acknowledged despite standing in showroom attempting to ask questions. Employees are completely focused on their computers not customers. We walked out as there are many vendors to choose from.

I’ve been to many trailer places and I’ve never found a home until Big Tex! Eric and the crew always take great care of my trailers. The location is so nice, too. Easy off I-35!

Trailer I was looking for was listed online, I called ahead to confirm it was in stock at this location and was told that it was. I drove 3 hours down to Buda to purchase it when in fact they did not have said trailer. Waisted my day for nothing
