Can't say enough about the Independence Title Team. All interactions are very cordial and they operate with the upmost professionalism. Our home buying business wouldn't know what to do without them, and specifically, Escrow Officer Marchelle Farrell who is absolutely excellent at what she does and she does what she says every time and on time or even ahead of schedule. After having worked with other title companies, we go out of our way to ensure all our house buys run through Independence Title and Mrs. Farrell. We'd even pay more for it - yes - this team is worth it!
