Internet service is extremely hit or miss with Texas wireless. Getting a hold of representatives is next to impossible. They most of the times they don’t respond to email or calls. Toke them almost a year to fix issues related to having the wrong server listed on their end and we had to show them the error despite them coming out multiple times and saying theirs nothing wrong. Unfortunately staff does seem to have adequate training to perform necessary tests and as a result they blame issues on your modem. Definitely helps to have multiple modems to prove it’s not the modems issues. Price is completely overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend Texas wireless.
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN THE OTHER WAY. They have been terrible and, based on all of their horrible Google reviews, I'm really confused why they've failed to make a single improvement. We've been forced to use this company because it's the only one that services our area and it has been a nightmare. Every single time the wind blows our internet goes out completely. No matter how many times I reset the modem and router, it will not correct itself until someone comes out to fix it. I called to have it fixed and did not receive a call back. Today I was told that someone showed up to the house (without notice) and climbed up on our roof without permission. I'm not home and cannot be home for several hours - I had to drive to Austin in order to get WiFi to work. After my neighbor let me know there was someone who drove an unmarked white truck on my roof, I received a phone call from the company letting me know they could send out a technician tomorrow. They were completely unaware that their own technician was at my house. When I asked the woman who called me to notify me before sending someone out, she was extremely rude and unapologetic. This company is unprofessional, disorganized and provides very poor internet service. Even without the wind issues, our internet is extremely slow and spotty. I really hope they're able to get their act together or that a better company is established in this area so we don't all have to suffer.
Worst service you could ever ask for. Can't get a hold of them, won't answer their phone. Internet is less than 1mbps. We lay for 6.... Never seen it. Consistent outages. Horrible company.
Worst possible service you could ever ask for. Don't waste your money. Their service is horrible and their customer service is even worse.
