I've been going here for about 2 years now and had massages with various massage therapists. The location is very cute inside and cozy. Everyone is very friendly. However, most times I go the appointments start late and I've noticed my massages get cut a bit short. I also find the massage techniques of some of the massage therapists to be a bit odd or maybe just not my style.

For a bachelorette weekend we reserved three massages. We brought snacks and enjoyed them in their cozy lounge area. The therapist was wonderful! She even gave me a follow up treatment plan that was such good info.

Bad customer service. We booked a massage for 5:30pm today.We received confirmation email and text messages yesterday. Note was on the door when we arrived informing customers that they were closed due to weather conditions. Waste of our time. Will not book there again.

I have been coming here for a week or so for their infrared sauna. So far the customer service experience has been amazing. The staff are polite and caring. The waiting area is welcoming and everything is clean and aestheticly pleasing. They offer a hot aromatherapy towel during the session and a cold towel after. They also have water and coconut water available after your session. I have not had a massage here yet, but if it matches the rest of their offerings I'll be happy!
