have not been here since the pandemic but prior to, we were there frequently! loved the cleanliness, and amount of activities for the kids and the openness, yet ability to see your kids wherever they go. I also liked that they had slippers for people to use the restroom. They do have a snack/food/coffee area that we will buy chips from for a break but we haven't tried anything else from the menu. they also have a baby section designated for i believe 0-24 months so that parents aren't worried about older children being too rough around the babies. theres not really any constructive criticism i could offer about this location because i've only ever had positive experiences here!

Spacious indoor play space with clean facilities, plenty of parent/guardian seating, and fun sport court. A small padded play area for the 24 months and younger group.
Our son had a great time at Ticklez! It is clean and well maintained and there are comfortable couches and TVs for the parents to relax. The staff is friendly and the tickets and Cafe are reasonably priced. We look forward to spending more playtime here with our son, he loved it!
My kid loves it there. I like it there, it's a good place. Not many indoor play places other than McDonald's and I'm not letting my kid play in that pee soaked monstrosity. One recommendation is to please look into wifi.
This place is amazing! My boys love it. They made friends and truly enjoyed themselves. Where were places like this when I was a kid
I was there for a total of about 3 hours. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the place. It was so dirty and not one time did I see an employee clean up anything. They have an adorable kitchen with no food to play with the little Playhouse had a stained couch.
Had a bday party here and everyone, including adults loved it. There are comfortable couches for adults to relax on while the children play. There is place to get snacks while you are there. Everything is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and responsive. Paid for the magician - Morley the Magician, he was a hit with everyone! Loved it the whole thing
This place has potential but is generally not as clean as I would expect. Some of the parents or babysitters don’t watch their children and there is no oversight from the employees. I have witnessed a child emptying a full water bottle into the foam pit and some children bullying others with no oversight. Also, we usually become sick not long after visiting. However, a majority of the people are nice and the kids usually have fun. If I could change something, it would be the location of the foam pit. Parents can’t see it and you have children jumping on top of one another. With a little more cleanliness and some oversight this place would be awesome!
