Dishonest, unethical, insincere, and low quality produtcs. Items sampled are a better quality than what is actually sold. Debris, insects, dirt and even blood been found in/on their products. The company culture and treatment of their employees is even worse. The turnover is unprecedented by any standard. Donald Trump has fired less people. They call themselves a direct manufacturer, yet have no factories to call their own. They're a wholesaler. So if you're into dishonesty and questionable ethics, buy their products. Look at the Glassdoor reviews as well. They're accurate. The positive reviews are commissioned and left by family members. Another interesting anecdote was the one where a new mother was not allowed to express her milk at the company.and told to go home to do so by the VP. She complied, was subsequently fired which led to her successfully suing the company.

First of all, they have an extremely high turnover rate. Some people get fired the same day. Don't leave another job for this one. They are AGAINST working from home. Do not EVER expect that perk, not even on your deathbed. They do not trust their employees and fired many during CO-VID restrictions because they did not believe they were really working from home despite increased productivity and hours . You have to wear formal business attire at all times. Only 1 Friday a month permits jeans. Also, expect your choice of clothing and hairstyle/color to be critiqued by executives. You have to work on presidents day in order to have Black Friday off. PTO and personal and sick days are all rolled into one. You will work until 5:30pm the day before any holiday, even Christmas Eve while the Execs \work from home\. Great job if you thrive in a passive aggressive work environment. One day you're a favorite, the next you are ignored, excluded from meetings and then fired - or all 3 in one day. You must always address males first in group emails or you will be reprimanded. This is the Tronex way. Speaking of emails, they love to BCC the entire company when reprimanding and humiliating you in an email. HR is just a title... fend for yourself! Trust no one - especially the veterans who have worked there since College. They have never worked for another company and are brainwashed and trained CSI spies reporting your every move, including how long it takes to wash your cup in the kitchen. They do not embrace technology - do not even try to recommend it.
