I like the product but this is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. It took almost 2 months to get the blind installed and over 2 months to have someone come to my home for a repair. I tried calling the main number but apparently they are franchised and the "owner" that I talked to couldn't do anything, besides give my franchise person my phone number... which he already had from the few messages I left him and never returned. I am really not one to complain, this is the first time I have ever done a negative review publicly, but I feel strongly enough about Budget Blinds to warn others before they spend hundreds of dollars like I did and can't get a phone call returned.
