I chose to consult Budget Blinds of Gainesville about shutters for our home because of the positive reviews I had read, and I am so glad that I did. The entire experience was very positive. We were unsure if we could have shutters because of the type of windows we have. Bruce (a co-owner) arrived at the scheduled time to advise us of our options and fortunately was able to make shutters a viable option for us. He measured and wrote up an estimate for us before he left our house. I was a little anxious about the installation, but it turned out there was no need to be. The installers, Kevin and Dylan, arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and efficient. They did a beautiful job and were respectful of our home. The quality of the shutters is excellent. I must also mention Jody (a co-owner) who was my first contact with Budget Blinds of Gainesville, and who did all the scheduling. She was delightful to work with and kept us informed as our project progressed. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Gainesville.

Super products, amazing service, and follow-through! These folks helped us to select terrific blinds for our home and my stand-alone wood shop. The products are very good quality and the prices are outstanding. I feel like we have blinds that will serve our needs for many years to come. Customer service is nothing short of phenomenal with Jody working the phones and coordinating service. These folks arrive when they tell you and are always courteous, clean, and cordial. I had a situation develop where a blind in my wood shop was stuck and with one call to Jody, I had the install team arrive that afternoon and fixed the issue in minutes. GREAT SERVICE.
