I employed this firm to file for divorce. My husband and I decided to work out the problems we had. I called 24 hours later and cancelled the appointment only to be told by Mr. Flynn that he already started the paper work. I said send me a bill for your time. I received a 500.00 bill for 2.5 hours. Never received the paper work. I paid on a monthly basis and in October of 2017 overpaid by 125.00. I have send (3) request for a refund of the over payment and this firm has not acknowledge my letters or refunded the over payment. I will NOT RECOMMEND this law firm to anyone unless you have a lot of money to throw away. Stay clear of this law firm. In my opinion they are not ethical. I had to give (1) star no option for NO STARS.

DO NOT trust Rodd Flynn he will only take your case and send you a huge 1800 bill after he sees you two to three times and the bill won't state where the charges came from. He will take months to get the other party served and he seems to be really slugish and sounds like he doesn't know where to begin. He doesnt answer calls and cancels appointments or just forgets to be there. When you have an issue he will compare it to a law school question when it's your future at stake. Don't trust this law firm.
